Dawn is the heart of our Admin & Accounts team and a huge support to everyone at Always Take Care. With her excellent attention to detail and calm, organised approach, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes – from invoices and accounts to the everyday organisation that helps our team focus on our clients.

Dawn is often the person quietly making sure nothing is missed, always happy to help and quick to sort things out when needed. She takes real pride in her work and cares deeply about doing things properly, which makes a genuine difference to both our colleagues and our clients. Her dedication, reliability, and friendly presence are truly valued, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of the team.

We asked Dawn a few fun questions to help you get to know her a little better…

1. What is your role at Always Take Care?

I’m the accounts and admin assistant.

2. How long have you worked at ATC?

I’ve been with ATC for just over 6 years.

3. What do you enjoy most about your work?

I find working at ATC so satisfying, knowing that I am playing a small part in helping people. I really enjoy the interaction with clients and carers. And every day here feels like I’m working alongside friends.

4. What’s a fun fact about you that your colleagues might not know?

I used to teach people how to swim. And I completed a silver cross life-saving course to save people in open water.

5. What’s your favourite hobby or pastime outside of work?

Hiking because I love being outdoors and in nature. I also enjoy swimming, walking, and spending time with family and friends.

6. Do you have a favourite book, podcast, or movie you’d recommend?

One of my favourite books is called “A Boy Made of Blocks”.

7. Coffee, tea, or something else?

Coffee

8. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

I would love to be able to teleport!

9. What destination is at the top of your travel bucket list?

Singapore

10. If you could learn any skill instantly, what would it be?

Crocheting.
