Care Coordinator, Ann-Marie
Ann-Marie is one of our Care Coordinators. Her kindness, dedication, and steady guidance help make our in-home care service feel welcoming and supportive for every family we work with. With a naturally warm approach and a calm, organised way of working, Ann-Marie plays a vital part in ensuring that each client receives care tailored to their individual needs. She works closely with our carers, clients, and their loved ones to make sure every step of the care journey feels clear, compassionate, and reassuring.

1. What is your role at Always Take Care?
I’m a Care Coordinator.
2. How long have you worked at ATC?
I joined the team in 2017.
3. What do you enjoy most about your work?
The people – I love meeting our lovely clients and carers. And the rest of the team are wonderful too.
4. What’s your favourite hobby or pastime outside of work?
Hiking because I love being outdoors and in nature.
5. Do you have a favourite book, podcast, or movie you’d recommend?
Tails From the Jails is one of my favourite podcasts. And I love the Top Gun movies. If I was to recommend any book, it would be The Island Swimmer by Lorraine Kelly.
6. Coffee, tea, or something else?
I prefer a cheeky cocktail!
7. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I would love to be able to read minds!
8. What destination is at the top of your travel bucket list?
I’d love to go to San Francisco.
