At Always Take Care, our home care services start from £200 per day and £1,400 per week, with a free initial assessment – either through a home visit or a self-assessment, whichever suits you best.

We handle everything, so you don’t have to worry. All carers are directly employed by Always Take Care, meaning you’ll receive a single, straightforward invoice. No hidden costs, no paying carers separately – just compassionate, reliable care designed around your life.

Our care services range from friendly companionship to complex care, whether for an individual or a couple. We offer 4 levels of personalised home care to match your specific needs:

Level 1 : Home Support and Companionship

Companionship and Home Support is like having a personal assistant by your side, helping with housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, pet care, social activities, errands, and transportation, so daily life feels easier and more enjoyable.

Level 2 : Home Support Including Companionship and Personal Care

When your care needs extend beyond daily errands, this service provides the extra support to help you live comfortably and confidently at home. This holistic level combines the home support you rely on with professional assistance for medications and personal care, ensuring all your needs are met by one carer.

Level 3 : Home Support Including Specialist Care

Home Support with Specialist Care is for individuals with advanced or specialist care needs and offers dedicated support for complex conditions like dementia or degenerative illnesses, and advanced equipment management.

Level 4 : Home Support for Couples

Based on our Level 2 Home Support, this service provides care for couples who need assistance but can be supported by a single carer, offering a practical and cost-effective solution.

What’s Included in Our Care Fees?

We invoice care fees two weeks in advance. Your weekly fee covers carer wages, taxes and National Insurance, as well as leave accrual. Additional charges may apply for night calls or transport, but we’ll always be upfront about any extra costs.
