Disability & Disabled Care

Each person has an Assessment of their disability and what disabled care is required.

Once we have a full picture of the situation we contact the relevant Occupational Therapist to assist with the provision of necessary equipment and fittings in your home which ensure you and your Carer can manage together to wash and dress, move from bed to chair/wheelchair and back again without hurting yourselves.

Once your home and environment are safe you are able to live at home and enjoy your way of life with assistance from a Carer. Always Take Care and our carers take pride in offering you the best in disabled and disability care for all our clients.
